Seminars, Summits, Workshops

The Blackhawk Hills RC&D has hosted or co-hosted various types of economic development seminars and workshops within the six-county district. Topics for these events include but are not limited to the following:

• Tax Increment Financing Districts
• Enterprise Zones
• Federal and State Grant/Loan Programs
• Tourism
